Delivery and Returns

 

At The Bottom Drawer we are proud to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. 

For deliveries within the UK, we aim to deliver your order 3 to 5 working days after you place your order. 

For International orders, we aim to deliver within 5 to 8 working days after you place your order. 

We will package and post your items to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition.

Please note that your order will only be shipped once payment and delivery details have been approved.

 

Delivery Charges

Delivery to the UK is £3.00 using Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature may be required upon receipt.

Delivery to Southern Ireland is £5.00.  A signature may be required upon receipt.

Delivery to Europe is £7.00. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Delivery outside of Europe is £15. A signature will be required upon receipt.

Please note that additional postage may be charged should the parcel be large/heavy.  You will be notified once you have placed your order and prior to dispatch.

 

Store Collection

 

Order online and collect from our Portadown store free of charge.

 

 

Items collected more than 2 weeks after order will not be valid for a refund.

 

 

Orders will be ready for collection 12 hours after your purchase.

Returning an item to The Bottom Drawer


Our top priority is always customer satisfaction and with this in mind we always handle all enquiries and orders with efficiency and to the best of our ability. We always hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase but recognise that there can be certain issues with the goods once they are received. We are therefore happy to offer you a full refund or exchange if you are not entirely satisfied with your items.

We must stress that in order to qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn and with all the labels still attached.

The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase and a copy of the receipt should be enclosed in the parcel. All successfully returned items can only be credited to the account originally used to purchase the items. We are also unable to refund any shipping charges. (It is adviseable to use an insured method of delivery since Balloons will not be responsible for lost or damaged parcels).

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be despatched to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

Please note, for sale items and special orders we only offer a credit note or exchange - no refunds will be given.
